the location was excellent. it was near plaza mayor and shopping streets. the rooms are spacious. there is a heater in the aircon, it is very nice during winter days.

the walls were too thin, external noises easily penetrated.

the location is central. it is near sights and restaurants. the staff was amazing and gave us the room quickly. i want to thank suri who helped us with everything!!!

The room was smaller than expected. the pipes in the wall were very loud. I heard a knocking sound when anyone flushed the toilet.

the hotel is just two minutes from the opera metro station. the royal palace is only a ten-minute walk. being so central, there are many shops and businesses nearby!!!

The cafeteria at the entrance is very useful. it is perfect for coffee or hot chocolate to warm up on cold days. i visited the san miguel market. It is very close to the hotel.

the location was prime. i found myself close to everything i wanted to see. the team working here is nice and very friendly. they were happy to help me with everything, which i appreciated.

The room was smaller than what i expected. the bed had an upholstered pad instead of sheets. this pad kept slipping off. I was on the bare mattress often.

i loved that the hotel was near two metro stations. one was just a short walk away. the staff were always ready to help with everything i needed. i also really appreciated the comfy bed after a long day.

The bathroom setup was a bit strange. The shower only had a rainfall system, so it was hard to avoid wetting my hair.

The hotel is very close to major attractions! it is near good restaurants and is not far from the airport by taxi. The location was perfect though the parking was expensive!

the location IS central. i liked that it was easy to get around to different places.

my room was not so good. the size felt smaller, like a box. and the bathroom setup, it was too close to the bed. that lack of privacy created an awkward situation.
